Monitor and supervise all assets during the life cycle of asset through field inspections, selective and comprehensive inventory and follow up the contracting requests for materials and destruction requests. In addition to following-up assets information on technical systems during all stages, ensure the sustainability and accuracy and prepare the necessary reports.

• Follow-up the requests to return assets to warehouses, and coordinate with the relevant departments
• Supervise the Authority's lands register and update the data in the systems according to the changes in coordination with the concerned authorities
• Implement the field survey plan on the Authority's lands, indicate the utilization rate and submit the reports to the concerned authorities
