• Promote, lead, and execute a Safety‑First culture for all employees, subcontractors, and consultants in compliance with provincial occupational health and safety legislation.
• Promote safety in all activities and engage in safe work plan development, hazard assessments, FLRAs, and mentorship with crew.
• Oversee all in‑office construction activities on a daily basis and approve daily production records, reporting on work progress.
• Provide senior field leadership for station construction activities within a live urban environment, including coordination with utilities and adjacent stakeholders.
