Support external and internal customers across South America and other general time zones. Activities include leading field service operations such as engine overhauls, maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning of Wärtsilä 4‑stroke marine engines. Manage onsite teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and deliver expert technical support with a strong customer focus. Reports to the Resources Coordinator.

• Supervise and perform overhauls and repairs on 4‑stroke engines by Wärtsilä employees and subcontractors.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting of 4‑stroke medium speed engines and auxiliary systems.
