Job Summary

We are looking for a Substance Misuse Nurse to join our Substance Misuse team at HMP Leeds, a Category B prison in Gloucester Terrace, Armley, Leeds, West Yorkshire. The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, with day, night shifts and two weekend days per month.

Hours & Salary

37.5 hours per week (day shifts 07:00‑20:30, night shifts 20:00‑07:30). Salary up to £49,175 per annum FTE, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team and prioritise patient care.
• Develop individualised packages of care through comprehensive assessment and recovery planning.
• Deliver clinical and psychosocial interventions in group and 1‑to‑1 settings.
