The Manager – Structures will oversee the structural engineering team, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Provide technical direction on complex structural issues and validate design approaches and solutions.
Intervene in critical design challenges and ensure timely resolution aligned with best practices
Conduct periodic design reviews and audits to maintain consistency, quality, and compliance across projects.
Responsible for department resource training & management.

Lead and manage the structural engineering team.
Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
