Our client is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with at least five years' UK experience to join their well-established and thriving practice. This is a busy consultancy with a strong forward workload and a real focus on long-term staff retention, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stability, progression, and genuinely interesting work.

Based in Exeter, the role is offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of two days per week working from home. The practice delivers a wide variety of projects across the Southwest, including Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset, so no two days look the same. They are passionate about sustainable construction and take pride in delivering thoughtful, well-engineered solutions rather than churning out repetitive schemes.
