Job Description
Provide specialized structural engineering support for the design and buildout of a new research chip fabrication facility
Analyze and interpret fab-specific vibration requirements and develop structural design solutions to meet those criteria
Design and evaluate foundation systems appropriate for semiconductor fabrication facility environments
Collaborate with the client's internal engineering team to bridge knowledge gaps related to fab line layouts and tool integration
Review and assess structural implications of fab tool placement, weight loads, and dynamic loading conditions
Support the development of structural documentation, calculations, and design packages in alignment with project milestones
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure structural design integrates seamlessly with overall facility design
