Allied Universal® is hiring a Senior Strategy and Operations Analyst. The Senior Strategy and Operations Analyst is a core member of the Corporate Strategy team. The Senior Strategy and Operations Analyst execute analysis, develop proposed action items, and lead initiatives related to margin improvement, integration support, and operational support to the field. This role will report full time into the Irvine, CA corporate office.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals; coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones, manage timelines, and address any challenges that arise
+ Support execution of post-merger integrations (PMI) by working with the Strategy team to develop integration plans, track progress, and ensure that synergies and efficiencies are realized as planned
