**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and pursuing new strategic opportunities with regular exposure to executive leadership.
+ Assist in managing strategic projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth, value enhancement, and cost optimization. Projects you will work on will be acquisitions, joint ventures, saps as well as organic growth projects
+ Lead cross-functional teams to implement business transactions and strategic changes from due diligence through completion.
+ Prepare and present investment, divestiture, and acquisition proposals with thorough evaluation of financial returns, market opportunities, and risks.
