As a valuable member of the SCH family, you are an integral part of the care team providing nursing care that matters to rehab and sub-acute patients. • Diploma or Degree in Nursing or its equivalent
• Advanced Diploma / Specialist Diploma / Graduate Diploma in Nursing (Gerontology / Orthopaedic / Neuroscience / Palliative Care / Community Nursing) is preferred for Senior Staff Nurse
• At least 3 years experience as Registered Nurse in acute hospital setting
• Experience in ILTC setting is an advantage
