**Meet the Team**

This role will be for a technical leader within the Splunk Platform Identity org, spanning initiatives across 3 geographically distributed engineering teams. The area is responsible for the Identity stack within the Splunk portfolio across platform, security, and observability as well as how Splunk fits into the larger Cisco Identity architecture.

The team is central in the evolution of Splunk as a unified Cisco product, where identity management is pivotal in ensuring a smooth customer experience while moving from product to product, and access management policies demand the highest security to protect sensitive security and observability data.
