Overview

As a Staff Engineer (Digitalization & Productivity) within the Industrial Engineering (IE) team, you will be the primary driver for productivity and efficiency, transforming traditional manufacturing data into intelligent, actionable insights. Your mission is to leverage Generative AI and advanced programming to optimize the 4M (Machine, Man, Material, Method) + layout planning across Infineon’s BE global operations. Benchmarking & harvest global efficiency gaps.

Your Role

• Project Management & Solution Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of Digitalization/Productivity/Benchmarking projects, from initial data ingestion (Oracle/Database Warehouse) to final deployment, and serve as Project Manager of productivity projects to boost the next level of productivity across BE.
