REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total Experience 9+ years 
  • Strong experience in Workday HCM configuration, maintenance, and support.
  • Strong functional expertise in Workday HCM modules and business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Organization Management, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
  • Advanced Compensation experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security concepts, organizational structures, and configuration best practices.
  • Experience leading Workday enhancements, releases, testing, and production support activities.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
