REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total experience 10+ years.
  • Extensive IT experience, including significant expertise as a Salesforce Architect in large-scale enterprise implementations.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) with specialization in TPM & TPO.
  • Strong understanding of Consumer Goods/CPG industry processes – trade promotions, retail execution, distributor management.
  • Hands-on experience with Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM for trade promotion insights.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
  • Solid knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and Integration Patterns.
  • Integration experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365) for settlements & financials.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams.
