You will be responsible for assessing and managing communication and swallowing disorders in adults and works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide quality care for patients. You will also provide education to patients, caregivers and other healthcare professionals. As a Senior Speech Therapist, you will contribute to the organisation's implementation of initiatives and programmes that aim to provide quality patient care, delivery clinical education and engage in quality improvement/research activities. In addition, assist in the management of daily operations and resources, and contributes towards staff development (e.g provide training and supervision to junior Speech Therapists and students).
