About the Role
* Maintain and update product specifications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with customer and regulatory requirements.
* Manage technical information across internal databases and customer platforms, including ERUDUS, Nutritics, ANDI, and Smart Supplier.
* Validate product labels, claims, and documentation to ensure compliance with UK food legislation and food safety standards.
* Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to obtain and manage technical data, certifications, and compliance documentation.
