Part of the People Operations function within the People team, they focus on ensuring the smooth and error-free execution of our day-to-day people operations. This role will have a direct impact on the experience of our Castlery crew based in Malaysia and will be a great fit for someone that is constantly looking for better, more efficient ways to ensure frictionless people operations. This role will be actively involved as we grow and scale the company, learning about different markets and regulatory frameworks, as well as new processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
