Aptar is seeking a Senior Specialist Operational Excellence based in Freyung. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement across the Freyung site, focusing on processes, products, and quality. The role is central to elevating operational performance, aligning with Aptar’s strategic goals, and delivering measurable savings and efficiency gains.

As a Senior Specialist Operational Excellence Manufacturing, you will

  • Design and execute the site’s continuous improvement strategy aligned with global operational excellence objectives

  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement impactful improvement initiatives
