What is the Opportunity?The RBC and City National Bank Mobile Development team is innovative and rapidly growing. We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist for our Mobile Device Management team who is passionate about technology and brings a depth of mobile device management experience to the team.What will you do?You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management solutions for Corporate Owned and BYOD mobile devices.
Report on management policies that align with regulatory and bank standards.
Remediate deficiencies in policy application and compliance.
Run reports from the MDM platform to use to validate management policy compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, application owners, testers, user-experience, security, audit, and compliance.
