We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Specialist to join our Global Digital Planning & Strategy team. In this high-impact role, you will be instrumental in elevating our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) E-commerce planning and forecasting capabilities, with a mandate to drive transformation toward an AI-infused and empowered function.

You will be responsible for the financial modeling around our Ecom budget and forecasting rounds, the development of sophisticated analyses, and the execution of strategic initiatives. This is a crucial opportunity to work closely with our Digital Commercial team and Chief Digital Officer to drive the Ecom business plan and steer On's Ecom business through data-driven decisions. Digital at On represents the direct-to-consumer distribution channel, covering sales via our ecommerce platform, marketplaces and Mobile App.

This role requires 2–4 years of relevant professional experience and is based from our office in Zurich.
