Job Description
As part of the Commercial and Mine Improvement Area the Senior Specialist: Planning & Performance is accountable for the development of complex and high-priority continuous improvement programs to add value to both business units across the Mining Alliances and the onsite Mining Contract Commercial Management functions. This role will drive and set the standard for the permissible commercial processes within the alliance and provide the framework, tools, and subject‑matter expertise to support and improve OE of the alliance. It assists in the delivery of the LOM plan by working with the integrated planning team and the Mining Contractor, this includes developing and implementing operational strategies, budgets, forecasts and related projects, contributing towards the delivery of the Mining Alliance business objectives of a centralized, cost‑focused culture through innovation and collaboration.
