As part of the Commercial and Mine Improvement Area the Senior Specialist: Planning & Performance is accountable for the development of complex and high priority continuous improvement programs to add value to both business units across the Mining Alliances and the onsite Mining Contract Commercial Management functions. This role will drive and set the standard for the permissible commercial processes within the alliance and provide the framework, tools, and subject matter expertise to support and improve OE of the alliance.
