Summary This role is to drive continuous improvement across ground operations processes, including but not limited to passenger-related services, operations planning, and various operational projects. As an integral member of the Ground Department, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as airport authorities and Scoot HQ to oversee forward planning initiatives, ensuring seamless airport operations for Scoot. You will play an active role in the One Changi Forum, managing multiple projects from initiation through to completion and stabilization, such as Scoot Operations at Terminal 5 (T5).
