Responsibilities:

Technical Infrastructure & Operations:

• Oversee maintenance of critical facility systems such as HVAC, Backup Generators, UPS Systems, Fire Suppression System, PAC’s, Electrical Panels etc.

• To ensure all the planned preventive maintenance of all the critical and other equipment’s are being timely carried out

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in facility equipment’s to minimize downtime

• Conducting risk/root-cause analysis in case of system failures and breakdowns and creating corrective & preventive action plan

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations for fire alarms, emergency response systems, and access control mechanisms

• Innovate, suggest and implement energy management ideas

• Monitor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems for operational efficiency and coordinate for necessary repairs
