In this role you will lead the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations from traditional paper-based processes to a fully integrated paperless Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, software evaluation, and implementation within job shop manufacturing environments. You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, from needs assessment and vendor selection to full deployment and team adoption.
