JOB LOCATION: 3400 W. Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75075

DUTIES: Design, develop, and maintain API led MuleSoft integrations supporting ACC Service & Support (S&S), Big Bang, Wireless, RTB, CRP/Fiber, and related omnichannel customer care capabilities. Build System, Process, and Experience APIs that connect ACC with upstream and downstream systems such as Salesforce, Billing, Ordering, Network APIs, Identity platforms, and Customer Graph. Implement complex Mule 4 flows for ACC business functions including Review/Submit flows, Feature Add/Remove, Port Out status retrieval, Account/Service Summary, Order Events, and Real Time customer validations. Create and manage RAML specifications, reusable templates, API fragments, shared modules, and Exchange assets to ensure consistency across ACC micro journeys.
