The Red Hat Multi-Arch team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us and contribute to driving innovation through our cross team collaboration. This engineer will support the partnership between Red Hat and IBM in enabling Red Hat OpenShift for IBM Power and Z architectures. You will help and guide IBM engineers to deliver support of OpenShift on IBM’s architectures. Plan out the long term roadmap, and feature enablement processes. Help to remove obstacles to delivery and ensure that CI and Quality are complete.

**What you will do**

+ Develop features and bug fixes in Kubernetes within an agile team and as part of a global development organization.
+ Become responsible for our product quality, participate in peer code reviews, continuous integration and delivery, respond to security threats
