Senior Software Engineer (m,f,d) – GenAI / CI/CD / Java /Scripting Bern 80 – 100%

Project: To join a leading Swiss organisation, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (GenAI) to support the adoption of AI-enabled software delivery practices across engineering teams.

This is not a pure AI, Machine Learning, or prompt engineering role. The focus is on hands-on software engineering, using GenAI tools pragmatically within the software development lifecycle to improve engineering effectiveness while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and maintainability.
