We're the team that looks after the customer data for the whole of Lloyds Banking Group. Our mission is to make this data available for the right purpose with the appropriate confidentiality and always ensuring a phenomenal engineering experience based on performance, resilience, and integrity.
 

We’re looking for technically minded Java engineers who’ve delivered projects end‑to‑end, value well‑tested software, and thrive on production feedback. You should be curious, able to design and communicate robust solutions, and work in short XP‑style iterations. You’ll join an established team, learn quickly, and grow into a strong contributor who can mentor peers and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
