Summary James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital is looking for a Senior Social Worker - Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT). They work as a Senior Social Worker in our Community Cased Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Lakeland, Florida. The JAHVH is a Level I tertiary medical center with general medicine, surgical, psychiatric, rehabilitation, spinal cord injury/disorders center, nursing home care beds, and a polytrauma treatment facility.
