An Excellent Opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to lead a brand new large scale RC frame residential development in Bracknell under a Project Manager. The project will consist of 400 units split between multiple RC frame towers over several phases on a long term build programme. The development will also include ground floor commercial space, underground and overground parking, a leisure centre and community centre, along with extensive infrastructure and landscaping. You will be No.2 on site reporting to the Project Manager and responsible for curating and developing an effective site team; taking the site from preconstruction onwards including site setup and enabling works, infrastructure, RC frame superstructure, externals and internal fit-out with a focus on delivering high quality units at a larger than market average size.
