**Summary**

The **Senior Shift Supervisor- Lieutenant** s primary duty is to assist the Site Supervisor-Captain to ensure to ensure that contractual obligations are met during respective shifts. The Lieutenant will serve as the alternate Captain and is responsible for exercising leadership, maintaining high morale, directing, and inspecting the performance of all security personnel assigned to the site. This includes scheduling the shift work distribution and training, answering of SOs questions related to work, and solving shift problems with minimum supervision. The LT is the direct liaison between the Sergeants and the Cpt. The LT is directly accountable to the SM. The LT may be armed with a side arm, shotgun, or other weapons as required
