Position

We are looking for a Senior PV/BESS Service Engineer to join the Service Digital Power Team in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the project engineering process, including kick‑off meetings, hardware and software supervision, and acceptance tests.
• Provide onsite support for site surveys, installations, and commissioning when required.
• Enhance troubleshooting procedures and intervene onsite if technical problems arise; interface with engineering partners to resolve issues during the engineering process.
• Deliver hotline support and level‑2 engineering assistance.
• Provide SLM and TLM technical support services to customers or partners, independently or with a technical support team.
• Offer onsite support for major or critical problems that cannot be resolved by the customer or local subcontractor according to SLA.
• Carry out network upgrades or swaps as per team planning.
