You will assist the Superintending officer in managing building construction projects and subsequent maintenance of the buildings in Tuas. There will be opportunity to experience the full building life cycle from design, planning, construction to maintenance. Major responsibilities include: supervise construction works, especially architectural works and M&E installation monitor construction progress against planned progress conduct regular site safety inspections assist in QA/QC ensure construction methods are in accordance with approved Method Statements liaise with RE/RTO on inspection of structural works. coordinate with various stakeholders on facilities requirement to ensure operationality, functionality and ease of maintenance
