Job Description

Senior Service Designer| 3 Months (Inside)| Hybrid (Glasgow/Edinburgh)

Harvey Nash’s client is recruiting a Senior Service Designer on a 3 month contract.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of services, strategies, and policies to meet business requirements and user needs.
  • Promote inclusive, collaborative, user-centered design practices and integrate them into service design and delivery.
  • Recommend appropriate service design tools and methods.
  • Collaborate with user researchers to understand and address user needs across various channels.
  • Work with Interaction Design, Content Design, and Digital Accessibility teams to develop comprehensive patterns and service features.
  • Advocate for users who require assisted digital and accessibility technologies to access services.
  • Facilitate co-design sessions with design teams, service users, and other stakeholders.
