Build and enhance internal logistics processes that support complex mechatronics and semiconductor manufacturing requirements. Review inventory trends to keep stock levels healthy, avoid shortages, and reduce unnecessary build-ups. Map and improve the entire logistics flow from incoming materials to delivery on the production line. Design and optimise warehouse and shopfloor layouts to streamline movement and make the best use of space. Partner with production to ensure logistics activities integrate smoothly with ERP/MES for accurate, real-time material visibility.
