STEMCELL Technologies is seeking a Senior Scientist (Manager) to lead an R&D group focused on creating human pluripotent stem cell models using synthetic biology and genome engineering approaches.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert and lead the technical aspects of complex projects.
• Oversee innovation and optimization of tools to generate diverse cell and tissue types.
• Lead and direct group activities, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
• Establish annual goals and oversee multiple high‑complexity projects, ensuring rigorous experimental design and research quality.
• Drive the launch of new products, IP generation, and process improvements.
• Communicate findings effectively in internal and external presentations and collaborate with academic and industrial partners.
