Working as part of a cross‑functional team, you’ll lead the RDQ activities for chocolate to support new product development, portfolio maintenance, and productivity projects while ensuring a superior consumer experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical projects in line with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements.
• Support the product development manager in day‑to‑day activities and lead factory trials under good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements.
• Plan and execute development activities such as product shelf‑life testing, designing for quality, and preparing consumer tests.
• Create and maintain accurate consumer‑led specifications.
• Manage R&D documentation and set up the lab to MDLZ standards.
• Proactively design and implement creative solutions to complex problems and challenges.
