**Job Description**

AV has an opportunity for a Senior Scientist within the Health and Performance Technologies Division. This is an onsite position supporting the Air and Space Biosciences division of the 711th Human Performance Wing, located on Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton OH. This position will lead and execute _in vitro_ research programs utilizing microphysiological systems (MPS), new approach methodologies (NAMs), and advanced human-relevant cellular models to improve human health and performance, with a specific application towards Airmen and Guardians.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in mammalian cell culture, experimental execution, and interdisciplinary collaboration within a fast-paced research environment.
