Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Lead the design, development, and optimisation of Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Architect and implement complex API integrations (REST/SOAP) between Salesforce and external platforms
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Drive best practices in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and system design
- Ensure high standards of code quality through reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimisation
- Mentor and guide junior developers within the team
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support continuous system improvement initiatives
