Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute effective strategic sales generating activities for Property Specialists
• Recruit, screen and train own team of Property Specialists
• Ensure that sales targets are achieved
• Organize and conduct regular meetings and attend scheduled events and booth manning
• Monitor the day-to-day sales activities of Property Specialists and assist in clients tripping, and other related business trips

Qualifications

• Has at least two (2) years’ worth of sales managerial experience in the real estate industry developing project-client-focused sellers and action-biased sales professionals
• Has experience in recruiting his/her own Property Specialists and leading them
