About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at RHB Insurance Berhad in Kota Bharu, Kelantan . In this role, you’ll support business growth and profitability through effective management of agency, RHB Group, and direct business portfolios. You will also play a key role in expanding market share, strengthening agency networks, and driving strategic marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support the Branch Manager in formulating and implementing marketing strategies to maximize business potential through the Agency channel.
• Manage and grow agency, RHB Group, and direct business portfolios to improve productivity and profitability.
• Collaborate with underwriters on the acceptance of new risks within the approved authority limits set by Head Office.
