About the role

Rubicon's Sustainable Technology Division is scaling rapidly, and we're looking for experienced Senior Sales Consultants to drive the growth of our Energy portfolio. You'll work closely with customers to develop new business opportunities, qualify leads, drive consultative sales and long-term relationships, and execute strategic plans. We're seeking senior professionals who can operate independently, manage key accounts and contribute to the continued growth of our Energy business.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for energy solutions across commercial, industrial, and residential markets – covering new construction, industrial projects, and retrofits.
