About the Role
The Senior Sales Compensation Manager will manage lead the design, implementation, and govern our sales compensation plans across multiple business units. This role is critical in ensuring our compensation programs are fair, motivating, and aligned with strategic objectives. You will partner with senior stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions that support business growth and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Design and manage global sales compensation plans that align with business strategy and promote equitable outcomes.
Assist with annual compensation planning cycles, including quota setting, incentive modelling, and performance analysis.
