    The Senior Risk & Compliance Specialist is a key member of the Distribution First Line Risk & Compliance team, responsible for the provision of high-quality advice, risk and compliance services to the Distribution business unit.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Distribution Leadership Team to provide support, direction and guidance on all regulatory, risk and compliance matters.
  • Supporting the integration, implementation and embedment of new risk and compliance methodologies and frameworks for the business.
  • Proactively embed and improve a risk management culture across the Distribution business
  • Manage, monitor and maintain a structured and systematic approach to 1st Line risk through the identification of risk and compliance matters...
