Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to support long-term leasing partnerships and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Handle lease documentation and administration matters, including new leases, renewals, expiries, and related follow-ups.
- Monitor and assess tenant sales performance and provide input on strategies to improve tenant mix and occupancy quality.
- Recommend and evaluate potential brands or retailers to enhance the mall's tenant profile and positioning.
- Negotiate commercial terms with potential tenants in a professional manner that aligns with the mall's leasing strategy.
- Take on additional responsibilities or special assignments as delegated by management.
- Degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline, with at least 2 years of experience in a retail leasing role.
