Senior Researcher of Geriatric Psychiatry

UCLA Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences seeks a mid to senior level researcher with a focus on Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias. Successful applicants will have a competitive record of extramural funding and a research program that addresses key questions in modern aging and memory research. A record of excellence in translating research findings into clinical practice is desired. A track record of mentorship of junior faculty and young investigators who are developing research careers is another important qualification. Candidates should qualify for faculty appointment at the Associate or Professor level, such that they are eligible for tenure, an FTE, and dedicated endowed chair (Muriel Harris Chair in Geriatric Psychiatry).
