We are seeking a **Senior Research Scientist** to join ICON’s bioanalytical laboratory in Assen. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality bioanalytical data to support early phase clinical trials and enable informed decision-making throughout drug development.

You will provide scientific leadership across assay development, validation, and sample analysis within a regulated environment, working closely with project managers, laboratory teams, and clients to deliver robust, compliant assays that support clinical development and improve patient outcomes.
