Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve reliability for the installed base in customer site, related to Mechanical Seals.
  • Fully focus on customer pain points related to reliability and liaison between customers and the EB office for eliminating the bad actors, claim management and thus bring higher reliability.
  • Perform Mechanical Seal troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) independently based on the inputs collected from customer site and take application engineering support.
  • Support the IP & AM Sales team in troubleshooting, RCA and claim management during the project stage. This will involve high amount of co-ordination directly with customers.
  • Prepare and submit regular reliability reports to all stakeholders (weekly/monthly).
