Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships. Manage client relationships, focusing on loans including Commercial Property, Equipment and Machinery, Vehicle, and Land & Construction, as well as Hire Purchase agreements. Assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products and solutions. Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with risk policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as credit analysts, legal advisors, and product specialists to structure complex loan transactions. Monitor loan portfolio performance, conduct regular reviews, and manage credit risk effectively. Provide timely and accurate financial advice and support to clients.
